Telma Ramirez

Telma Ramirez, 65, on September 7, 2021. Beloved wife for 46 years of Carlos Eliseo Ramirez. Loving mother of Herbert, Mynor, Jessie and Son in-law Jason Bassett, Karla and the late Claudia Ramirez. Cherished grandmother to Jayce.

Telma was born and raised in Guatemala city to Alejandro Ziese and Maria Refugo Garcia. The oldest of five children, she left her home and everything she knew behind to start a life with her husband in St. Louis in 1986, to create the American dream for her children. She lived a life of service for her family as well as the many families she worked with for so many years. Telma was always ready to open her home and especially the kitchen to whomever came to visit. She truly enjoyed cooking and entertaining anyone who stopped by her home. Other loves were music and gardening. Telma planted rose bushes in memory of passed loved ones and come this spring she will get her own rose bush in her garden.

A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Ambruster Chapel Funeral Home 6633 CLAYTON Road. In lieu of flowers please contact Karla Ramirez.
