Harriet Cecil Gates

At the age of 99, peacefully on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Col. Clifton W. Gates: loving mother of Mark Gates and Lisa Gates; cherished grandmother of Talor Norwood; dear friend of many.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts will be made to the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, 1408 N. Kingshighway, 63113 or Gateway Alzheimer’s Association.
